Order Timeline:
- Crafting and Shipping Time: All orders to the USA are handcrafted and shipped within 3-5 Business days.
- Once today’s batch is full, the next availability won’t be until March next year. Place your order now to secure your spot!
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment via the link in the email. For questions or assistance, reach out to us at support@sorsowine.com.

🇺🇸 US : Orders are expected to arrive within 3-5 business days, including guaranteed gifts.
ca Canada: 7-12 business days
🇦🇺 Australia: 7-12 business days
🇳🇿 New Zealand: 7-12 business days
🇬🇧 UK: 7-12 business days.
🇪🇺 Europe: 7-14 business days.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, crafting begins, and cancellations will no longer be accepted. Please reach out to us if there is an error in your order details or delivery address—we are happy to assist.
Product Never Arrived
Our estimated crafting and shipping time is usually 3-5 business days, but before Holidays it can take up to 14–17 days. If your product has not arrived after this timeframe, please allow an additional 5 business days for potential delays beyond our control.
If your product has not arrived after 21 business days from the estimated delivery date, we will issue a 100% refund immediately.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your order is lost or stolen and you purchased protection, we will send a replacement immediately. If not, please contact your local carrier. For further assistance, email us at support@sorsowine.com, and we’ll do our best to help.
